ClaimZone has a great feature called the Audit Log. The Audit Log tracks changes made to certain fields. For example, you may want to track changes made to the Date of Loss field. If the Date of Loss field ever changes, the Audit Log will track the following:
- Value of the field before the change
- Value of the field after the change
- Date the change was made
- Time the change was made
- Person (Adjuster ID) who made the change
In the upper right corner of each screen, you will see this little icon When you click that icon you will see a screen similar to the one shown below.
