ClaimZone Manager Diaries can be set for any date in the future, and can also be set for specific times. For example, if you need to call an attorney at 10:00 next Tuesday morning, you can create a Diary to remind you. Once marked as complete, the Diary record is stored with the claim as part of the claim history. If users have proper security settings, they can set Diaries for other adjusters. Diaries can be linked to specific points in the claim such as payments, notes, or litigation events.
When you have a claim open, you can view the tasks associated with the claim by clicking the Tasks item in the tree menu. You will see a screen similar to the one shown here.

Notice that the claims are colored differently.
- The pink background indicates tasks due in the future.
- The white (or no color) background indicates claims that are due for the current date.
- The tan background indicates claims that are past due.
- The dark gray background indicates claims which have been completed.
