One of the main components used in ClaimZone is Notes. As adjusters work with claims they enter their comments, record conversastions, and capture other notes pertaining to the claim.

The ClaimZone's Notes feature is extremely flexible and powerful. There is no limit to the size of each note, and no limit to the number of notes per claim. Notes can be categorized for easier searching and printing. Users have complete control over the fonts including bold, underline, and italic. An integrated spell checker is also available.
