System requirements using Mountain View Software's ASP services

If you use Mountain View Software's ASP service, all that is required to utilize ClaimZone is Microsoft Internet Explorer® 5.0 (or higher) and high speed internet connection at all workstations.

Recommended system peripherals running ClaimZone on your server

If you opt to run ClaimZone on your own servers, the hardware requirements will depend upon the following variables:

Number of simultaneous users
WAN or LAN (or both)
WebSphere or Tomcat
Other variables may apply
