Microsoft Word® & Word Perfect®

ClaimZone Enterprise Edition integrates with any RTF editor, including Microsoft Word and WordPerfect. Documents only need to be created once, then they can be used over and over again. Form letters created for a claim are saved as part of the claim and are stored in the ClaimZone database.

EDI

Many state comp agencies are now requiring, or at least recommending, that claim information be submitted electronically. There is a very specific format in which states will accept electronic claim data, based on structures developed by the IAIABC. ClaimZone Enterprise Edition supports both Release I and II of the IAIABC format. Initial claim data and subsequent, or supplemental, data can all be sent via EDI. ClaimZone Enterprise Edition also accepts and processes all acknowledgement files sent back from the state.

ClaimZone Reporter

ClaimZone Enterprise Edition is completely integrated with MountainView Software's ClaimZone Reporter web site. First Report data entered into ClaimZone Reporter is downloaded and imported into ClaimZone. ClaimZone Reporter is a perfect way to collect claim data from various sites/locations throughout your company or from your customers.

Documentum®

Import/Export

Many ClaimZone Enterprise Edition users need to either import data into the program or send data outside to other systems. MountainView Software has a standard process for importing and exporting data. Customized imports and exports can also be created.
