Navigating through ClaimZone is very intuitive. One of the first things you will notice is the Tree View, similar to the way Windows File Explorer works. Other easy to use navigation components are also found on the ClaimZone screens, as described by the links below.

The Tree View, as you can see in the screen shot shown here,
is very easy to use. Notice that the Claim link (the
fourth item listed in the Tree) is bolded and not underlined. Every
other link is underlined, but not bolded. This lets you know which item
is active.

No matter which screen you have open, ClaimZone's Dashboard
is always at the top of the claim.
The Dashboard tells you important information about each claim,
and keeps it right at your fingertips. For example, notice
the letters "WC" at the far left of the Dashboard. That tells
you that you have a workers comp claim open.
The top section of the Dashboard is used mostly for navigation.
To get to the Task List, for example, simply click the text
that says, Task List. |

|
Look at the Title Bar at the very top of the window. A screen
shot is shown here, for your convenience.

At the top of the screen you can find the following information
(from left to right):
- Claim number
- Claimant's name
- Date of Loss
- Adjuster's Name
- Claim Status (Open, Closed, etc)
The Title Bar is always visible. Even when the claim window
is hidden, or minimized, you can still see a portion of this
information at the bottom of your computer monitor in the
Windows Task Bar, as shown below.
