ClaimZone Reporter can be used to report all your general liability claims. We use the standard ACORD forms for your convenience. However, because of the flexibility of ClaimZone Reporter, you can create your own forms, and your questions, if the ACORD form doesn't meet all of your requirements.

That's right. With ClaimZone Reporter you can actually create your own on-screen forms. We call them questionnaires. You create the question, and what type of answer you're looking for - like dates, numbers, or text. Your form data, like the ones that already come with ClaimZone Reporter, can be used to collect data for other systems.
